Jan to June 2011:

Feb - Started MA dissertation on effectiveness of Pupil Reward Points.
March - garden project started in Dec 2009 is finished! Deben High School adopts Pupil Reward Points. My employment is transferred to Ipswich Academy.
June - offered position as Subject Leader for ICT in a new school, which I am due to start in September. Started a new company - Lawford Education Limited.

2010: Year in review

April - Holywells High School is the first school to adopt my new reward system, Pupil Reward Points.
August - married Holly! Had honeymoon in Mauritius. Also, took a Research Methodology module at summer university to get more credits towards an MA.

Dec 2009

Started work on a new project called Pupil Reward Points. Also, started a project to terrace my garden.
